Popcultural characters in low poly versions

The term “Low Poly” is usually used in 3D graphics, describing a model, made from a low count of polygons, no secret in that. But not every day you come in contact with a low poly 2D painting.

Lise Halluin, and art director, and freelance photographer creates exactly something like that – a painting, with a mesmerizing low polygon effect. Since she grew up between comic books, video-games, and movies, her primary focus are popcultural characters, well know to the wide public.

You can visit tumblr profile, to see more of her amazing work, or even buy a piece or two for your home. Because having a low poly alien on your bedroom wall, is definitely something you won’t find by any of your friends.
